When participating in a trade show abroad, costs can be high. Not only the area and layout of the booth, but also travel and accommodation expenses should be budgeted.
In Belgium, you can count on financial support for participation from our export associations. There are, of course, some conditions attached. For more info on this please contact one of the services below this depends on the location of your firm.

From the moment you are listed as an exhibitor on the fair website, you will receive many offers from booth builders.
If you choose a standard booth from the fair organizer, then your booth hack is in order and you can order the necessary extras through the online platform.
If you have chosen your own design, then to keep costs down it is best to use a local booth builder. Here is an overview of stand builders with whom we have already had good experiences.

Each fair organizer appoints an official transporter, who has the exclusivity to bring the goods from the fair grounds to the booth. If you choose to hire your own carrier, keep in mind that the cost of transporting your goods is calculated up to the booth. In this case, it is then up to the transportation company to liaise with the officially appointed forwarder.
